Analytics & training
Set up the numbers that matter — then learn to read them yourself, so you're not dependent on anyone.
Analytics
Most small businesses have analytics installed — and have never once used it.
There's probably a Google Analytics tag on your site right now producing numbers nobody looks at, because nobody set it up to answer a real question or showed anyone how to read it. Analytics should tell you what's working and where you're losing people. If it isn't doing that, it's just noise.
Analytics setup
Starting at $2,500We set up tracking that answers real questions — where your customers come from, where they drop off, what actually leads to a call or a sale. Not vanity metrics; the handful of numbers that should drive decisions.
Right for you if: you have no analytics, or a tag that's installed but meaningless.
Analytics training
Starting at $750We teach you or your team to read your own numbers — what to look at, what to ignore, and what to do when something changes. A working session on your actual data, not a generic course. You leave able to answer your own questions.
Right for you if: you want to understand your business's numbers yourself instead of paying someone to interpret them forever.
Monthly reporting
Starting at $300/moFor when you'd rather just get the answer. A short monthly report in plain English — what happened, what it means, and what we'd suggest doing about it — plus a standing call to talk it through.
Right for you if: you want to stay informed but don't want to build the dashboard-reading habit yourself.
Why we lead with training
We'd rather teach you than keep you dependent.
Plenty of vendors sell you a monthly report you don't fully understand, forever. We think that's backwards for most small businesses. If you can learn to read your own numbers in a couple of sessions, that's cheaper for you and it's the honest recommendation — so it's the one we lead with. We only suggest ongoing reporting when you genuinely don't want to do it yourself.
Not sure what you need?
That's the normal place to start. A $495 Tech Checkup gets senior eyes on your whole operation and a plain-English plan — with an honest read on what's worth doing and what isn't.
