Eridean Ascent
Your ongoing tech partner.
Most small businesses can't justify a full-time tech person — but they'd love to have their tech person. Eridean Ascent is exactly that: a senior partner who keeps your technology healthy, answers your questions, and helps you make smart decisions — month to month.
The idea
Not a full-time hire. Not going it alone. Something better in between.
You don't need a full IT department — but being completely on your own with your technology isn't right either. Ascent is the middle path: ongoing, senior support for a predictable monthly cost. Someone who already knows your setup, catches problems early, and is there when you need them.
Someone who knows your business, keeps an eye on things, handles the small stuff without a new quote every time, and gives you a senior person to ask before you make a decision or a purchase. Steady, dependable, built to last.
The four plans
Four levels — you choose how far up you climb.
The plans build like the ziggurat itself: from a solid Foundation up to the Capstone. Start where it makes sense, and move up as your needs grow.
Foundation
The base. A dependable safety net.
Priority support when something goes wrong, basic monitoring so problems get caught early, and a senior person on call for the occasional question. For the business that just wants to know someone's got their back.
Support
Building up. Your active tech partner.
Everything in Foundation, plus regular check-ins, ongoing small improvements, faster response, and proactive recommendations — someone actively making your technology better over time, not just waiting for it to break.
Partner
Nearly the whole climb. Your fractional IT lead.
Everything in Support, plus strategic planning, priority scheduling, and near-on-call access. The closest thing to having an IT director in your corner — without hiring one.
Capstone Limited
The top. A true partnership.
Everything in Partner, plus first priority on everything, same-day access, and deep quarterly strategy. For the business where technology is mission-critical. Taken on for only a small number of clients at a time — because "first priority" only means something if few people hold it.
Honest boundaries
What Ascent is — and isn't.
Ascent covers ongoing support, maintenance, small improvements, and advice. Bigger defined projects — a new website, a major redesign, a custom build — are quoted separately, and members get member pricing. Third-party costs like hosting and subscriptions stay yours. And whenever something's beyond your plan, we'll tell you clearly and quote it before doing the work. No surprises, ever.
Plans are billed monthly, start with a short minimum, and you can move up or down — or cancel with notice — as your needs change. It should keep earning its place, or you shouldn't keep paying for it.
Curious whether Ascent fits?
The honest way to find out is a conversation. Tell us how you're using technology today and where it's causing friction, and we'll tell you which level makes sense — or whether you need it at all.
